Our large granny flat/small unit contains separate lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, excellent tiny-house type storage and a super-cute sunny deck area perfect for breakfasting or hanging the laundry.

The unit has its own access, waste and recycling bins if needed, letterbox, off-street parking spot, electricity meter and reverse cycle heating/cooling. Although not very modern, the interior is comfortable and clean, freshly painted, and beautifully bright in the lounge area with a big bay window. Part or fully furnished if desired.

The house has a bus stop immediately in front of it, making public transport super easy and is reasonably close to shops/parks/golf course.

RENT will be decided according to the lease and arrangement made. We can offer short or long term lease, week-to-week (periodic) whilst you are looking for a more suitable property; furnished or unfurnished; water and electricity bills included or excluded. Minimum rent would be $340/week.

We are happy to consider a variety of tenants. We have previously hosted students, single parents, couples, divorcees and immigrant families preparing a permanent family home.

No pets except ones in tanks or small cages.
