Two or Three bedroom unit with kitchen, bathroom, fan and aircon in the heart of Caloundra. This unit is in duplex with front unit and walk to all amenities including shopping centres, Caloundra hospital, bus station, primary and high school and the beach. It has also a back yard suitable for children to play or grow vegetable for use. None smokers, working couples or students are preferred. No pet is allowed.

Two bedroom unit. $500/week. 4 weeks bond

Three bedroom unit. $600/week. 4 weeks bond

Requirements:

Two weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond

1- proof of enough income including a copy of work salary or pay slips for the last 6 months or a copy of your employed agreements and evidence of enough saving.

2- a copy of driving licence, passport for each applicant

3- a copy of rent ledger for the past 6 months

4- the contact details of two referees
