The apartment is located at the funky end of a prestigious street on the city fringe. The surrounding houses have much history. It is a walk or short drive down the hill to the cafe precinct, passing by the Launceston General Hospital and the famed Charles Hotel. There are many superb local dining opportunities.

The City centre is 20 minutes walk (up hill return) and 5 minutes drive.
The nearest Coles supermarket and bottle shop is 15 minutes walk (an uphill return) and 2 minute drive
The nearest cafe is on Anne Street and is a 10 minute easy flat walk or 1 minute drive.
Past the Hospital there is a cafe precinct with first class eateries, just prior to the city centre.

The apartment would be ideal for a professional couple working at the hospital or in town, who want the advantage of city fringe living and the potential to walk rather than drive to work. It is not suitable for pets or children - as the garden is not contained. It is located at the top of a steep hill, so the return walk from town could be a challenge for some.

The bedroom has been fitted with noise insulating windows - which reduce the traffic sound by up to 80 per cent.
